The Nuts and Bolts
For every client referred to us by you and who engages VisionWorks Engineering services, you will be rewarded with a referral fee equal to a certain percentage of contracts won, completed, and paid for by the client you are referring during the referral period. The referral fee will be mailed to you in the form of a check. The referral fee percentage ranges from 2% - 5% and is determined based on the level of engagement during the referral process. Terms & Conditions
By participating in the VisionWorks Engineering Referral Program, you are stating that the named referral provided by you is eligible for this program and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program; Referees may refer as many candidates or clients as they choose as long as the referrals meet VisionWorks Engineering eligibility requirements;
Referral fees are paid to you, the referring party, for contracts won, completed, and paid for by prospects referred as potential clients when all of the following requirements are met:
- The prospect is new to VisionWorks Engineering (see below)
- The contract started within 12 months of the referral date
- The contract was completed and paid in full by the client
Only new clients can be referred. You cannot refer candidates and clients who have used services or registered with VisionWorks Engineering unless a period of twenty four months has elapsed;
Referred candidates must not have previously or currently applied to one of VisionWorks Engineering job postings or have been entered into the VisionWorks Engineering database as current or perspective clients;
In the event that a referral is submitted twice from different referees than the first referral will be eligible for the reward;
Referrals are not valid where the prospect and the referring party are one and the same person;
Once the referral is received, VisionWorks Engineering will make contact with the referral prospect within five working days. Contact will be made to the referral prospect through telephone and/or email as provided by you, the referrer;
Respecting your privacy is a priority for us. We hate spam and you will never receive it from us. Emails and names are never shared;
Any referral must be authorized by the person or business that is referred to VisionWorks Engineering. By accepting our terms and conditions you represent that you have the authority to disclose the name of the person or business who is referred to us;
